Most useful work leaves traces: terminal history, unfinished diagrams, messages to a friend, a paragraph in a notebook. The problem is not that there are too few traces. It is that they rarely remain connected long enough to become a record.
This site is an attempt to make a few of those traces durable. It is deliberately static and small. A page is a file. A deploy is a copy. The machinery should never become more interesting than the note.
Small enough to return to
The best system is not the one with the most options. It is the one that makes returning easy. A modest site with a clear address and a handful of files feels like an invitation rather than an obligation.
That is the hope for these notes: a place to keep what I learn, revisit it later, and leave it a little clearer than I found it.
